Each of the gas pills contain 200mg bismuth subgallate (active ingredient). Inactive ingredients include: magnesium stearate, microcrystalline cellulose, natural banana flavor, starch, talc, and xylitol. Devrom® is available without a prescription. It is approved by the Food & Drug Administration (FDA) to safely and effectively manage odor from stool and flatulence.

Instructions For Use:

Take 1 to 2 Devrom® chewable tablets up to four times daily.

Not to exceed eight per day. Take as needed.  We recommend that you start by taking one around breakfast, one around lunch and one around dinner.  At this time you should be able to tell whether or not this is a sufficient dose and you may continue to take this daily amount, reduce it, or increase the dosage (not to exceed 8 per day).  Note that the effective dose does vary per person.

    I have been through it and then some. I have debilitating intestinal gas and at 47 years old, single and a dainty professional female its embarrassing to clear a room with a deadly noxious smell. Nothing helps to stop my toots but the Devrom chewable covers the odor. do take the maximum dose!!! And religiously i might add. I have IBS-C, Celiac disease, Methane dominant SIBO, Carbohydrates malabsorbtion and I'm 2.5 year post bariatric sleeve. Taste like a light banana flavor. Not really chalky. Downsides, it makes the poop charcoal black and it causes constipation, for me at least. But the toots don't kill people and the pooh doesn't smell either. TMI I know!

    I was very disappointed with this product. My gas and the smells have been horrendous for weeks and weeks after trying all different kinds of products. I thought that debon would be a panacea to end it all. I don't have any bloating or discomfort or
    Don't know what else to add but I said what I wanted in the review portion.

    I wouldn’t be without it EVER! I’ve had my ileostomy for 45 years. About 5 years in I discovered Devrom, and what a game changer! Before that I lived practically like a recluse so I wouldn’t have to empty anywhere but my own bathroom. I call Devrom a Miracle!!! I’m comfortable “going” anywhere and everywhere! And recommend it whenever I can. I recently started ordering online from Parthenon, the inverter of Devrom. I’m amazed how much less expensive it is and how efficient the whole process is, with even regular delivery being very quick. Thank you for your amazing product!

    The best filter on the market out does any charcoal pill don’t believe me just ask my wife , mom any one that hangs around or just knows me

    No change in odor at all

    After using the product for 3 days straight, I have not noticed any difference in odor. The only change is dark colored stools.
